Dubai, UAE, November 22, 2024: In a grand ceremony held last night under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dubai International Financial Centre, the ‘Saada’ 2024 initiative, organized by the Information City with its strategic partners, concluded, successfully achieving its goals in various fields and humanitarian, cultural and social work. The importance of the real estate sector and transparency in dealings was highlighted by presenting a workshop sponsored by the Dubai Land Department and with the encouragement of governmental and non-governmental institutions and the support of major private institutions.
This year’s ‘Saada’ initiative stood out with the organization of an interactive and informative workshop led by the Dubai Land Department, offering a detailed explanation of real estate laws and procedures in Dubai and emphasizing the role of real estate development and practices that benefit both investors and developers alike.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Chairman of Information City, confirms that the ‘Saada’ 2024 initiative is exceptional and comprehensive, covering more than just health, community, and educational activities. It also focused on the vital role of real estate development, empowerment, and educating both investors and developers about their rights, duties, and investments. This initiative has achieved great success and shall remain a significant milestone in the Information City journey, which began more than 15 years ago and has been filled with social, cultural, and scientific activities
The ‘Saada’ initiative has been a fundamental pillar of Information City progress and keeping pace with global development. The first phase targeted transforming several schools in Dubai to green energy by supplying them with solar energy for free in exchange for these schools offering discounts on school fees to students. This phase also included security and safety aspects, as the Dubai Police organized visits to schools to educate students about traffic
laws and raise security awareness aimed at protecting children from road accidents. While the second phase involved distributing school bags with school supplies to students in various schools, as well as organizing awareness sessions provided by the General Administration of Dubai Civil Defense to educate students on fire safety in case of emergency. As for the third phase, it included distributing of school bags, stationery, and a large number of modern laptops.
