Moscow Export Center (MEC) is arranging a business mission to Saudi Arabia for high-tech and IT companies from Moscow.
Moscow Export Center (MEC) announces its business mission to Saudi Arabia on February 10 through 12 in Riyadh. The event will be joined by 15 high-tech and IT companies from Moscow interested in the Middle East market.
The business mission includes a presentation session for the Moscow companies to present their products and services. The participants will also have an opportunity to arrange personalized meetings and negotiations with potential foreign customers. More than 150 B2B meetings with more than 60 local partners are expected during the business mission.
“The Middle East market is developing rapidly, opening up new opportunities for Moscow companies. Saudi Arabia’s active investments in digitalization and technology startups make it a promising partner for exporters from Moscow. Participation in the MEC business mission will enable entrepreneurs not only to present their products but also to better understand the specifics of work in the region, establish contacts, and determine their strategies to enter this market,” says Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of MEC.
Saudi Arabia is Moscow’s key partner in terms of economic cooperation. Since 2022, MEC has been arranging business missions to the country, helping to strengthen the trade ties between Russian and Saudi companies. In 2024, agreements for more than 63 million rubles were signed during a similar mission. The contracts made include supply of digital health solutions.
