The International Water Technology Exhibition, held on the sidelines of the Arab Water Convention showcased the latest technologies in the fields of water, electricity, environment and water resources conservation programs
Held under the patronage of the League of Arab States and the Arab Water Council, the Arab Water Convention 2023 and the Water and Energy Technology exhibition inaugurated successfully this week in the presence of His Excellency Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy, accompanied by Dr. Mahmoud Abu Zeid, President of the Arab Water Council.
The conference and exhibition convened more than 10 Ministers, 400 officials and over 22 Arab Country representatives to listen to more than 60 speakers discuss critical regional water-related topics, including in-depth projection of future actions.
The attendees toured the exhibition pavilions, which showcased the latest innovative technologies and equipment in the areas of water, electricity, environment and water resources conservation programs. Exhibiting companies in the public and private sectors and investors specialized in the fields of engineering services and modern technologies used in water projects and water management at international and regional level.
The Arab Water Convention is organized and promoted by GM Events, a Dubai-based multi-faceted event management company of international repute, having organized numerous unique forums and exhibitions that highlight the issues faced by various economic sectors across the Arab region.

The 2023 edition of the Convention is dedicated to address the non-conventional water resources (NCWR) and the wealth of emerging opportunities for business and innovation the field of water resources management has to offer. The Convention will also be an exclusive opportunity to foster business connections with a wide spectrum of high-level industry executives, planners, and decision-makers from different Arab countries and international partners.
The event will include a multi-stakeholder dialogue and will offer an opportunity to promote the most efficient, adequate, and innovative technologies, exchange knowledge, share best practices, and ensure a qualified transfer of pilot experiences on emerging issues in the Arab region.
