Jordanian singer-songwriter Dina Stars gave an unforgettable performance at the Dubai Millenium Ampitheatre when she debuted some of her soon-to-be released music tonight (27 January).
The Dubai-based artist is making waves across the music scene with her unparalleled sound and style, inspired by her life experiences. Stars gave the audience an exclusive show that featured songs which will be released later this year, including Kill My Summer, Still, You, Heart Away, Closure and Fever.
The rising star had the crowd cheering and dancing when she sang her version of the hit Arabic song by Emirati singer Hussain Al Jassmi, Bel Bont Elareedh. She also performed a unique cover of Dance Monkey by Australian singer-songwriter Tones and I.
The singer was accompanied on stage by a group of six talented dancers whose moves were choreographed by the multi-talented dancer, choreographer, and creative director Danny Lee.
At the end of her upbeat show, Stars said: “It has been an amazing time performing here for you. I just want to give a big thank you to Expo 2020 Dubai for having me, and the band, and the dancers here tonight. Thank you guys very much. You have been so amazing tonight.
“I was super exicted to do this show, because it is the first time I am singing all of my songs. I will be releasing all of these songs that you heard later on this year. So you all were actually the first people to hear all six of my new tracks tonight, so I thank you so much for your love and support. It means the world.”
