Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 3 January, 2025: In a move that underscores its commitment to supporting digital transformation and empowering the public sector, Red Bull MOBILE in Saudi, powered by Future Network Telecommunications, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The agreement aims to provide innovative telecommunications services to public sector employees, aligning with the Ministry’s vision to empower individuals, communities, and institutions, enhance corporate social responsibility, and support the labor market through policy and regulatory development, offering an exceptional experience for all beneficiaries.
The MoU aims to create a stimulating work environment through standards that enhance government operations and boost public sector productivity. This will be achieved by fostering a sense of belonging and job loyalty by offering innovative incentives to public sector employees. The project also aims to increase job engagement and create a positive work environment by implementing the “DOAM” Employee Loyalty Program.
The agreement focuses on providing public sector employees and affiliates easy access to the Red Bull MOBILE in Saudi app interface through the “DOAM” app. Through the “DOAM” app, special discounts will also be made available, subject to approval from relevant authorities. The MoU has a one-year duration and may be renewed based on performance evaluations by all parties involved.
The “DOAM” Employee Loyalty Program is a leading initiative offering exclusive deals for public sector employees through more than 2,500 service providers across the Kingdom. The program reaches over 1.2 million employees, fostering a positive work culture and promoting excellence in government agencies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
Under the patronage of H.E. Fahd bin Mohammed bin Drees, Deputy Minister of Human Capital Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the agreement was signed by Amer bin Ahmed, Director General of the General Department of Human Resources Development Studies at the Ministry, on behalf of the Ministry and Eng. Sulaiman Almusallam, CEO of Red Bull MOBILE in Saudi by Future Network Telecommunications. Also in attendance during the signing was Ali Al-Shaghb, Chief Sales Officer at Red Bull MOBILE in Saudi by Future Network Telecommunications, Mohamed Al-Sharif, HR & Admin VP, Muteb Al-Ajlan, Direct Sales and Retail General Manager, and Bahaa Heikal, Digital Sales Manager.
