The survey stated that expats love working in the UAE with about four in five expats (79 percent) advised that moving to the UAE has improved their career prospects, ranking the country first worldwide for this factor.
In addition, the UAE has been ranked this year’s top destination for talent in the Arab region and 21st globally, according to the latest IMD World Talent Ranking. The country moved two places up in the annual study that rates 63 economies based on their ability to attract and retain skilled workers. The UAE was also 11th globally in the ‘Quality of life’ in the same report.

Moreover, the UAE recently executed a new unemployment insurance programme for federal government and private sector employees, to which all workers must subscribe from January 1, 2023.
