Cha Cha boats (Est. 2002) is a Dubai-based boat charter company with an Italian Retro flair. Gozzos are traditional Italian fishing boats from the Amalfi Coast. They’re Gozzo Sorrentino boats. Having set sail from the Amalfi Coast to now dock in the open waters of Dubai, these meticulously restored, traditional fishing boats give you the perfect blend of coastal charm and laid-back luxury. They were first built in the seventeenth century, in shipyards around the Marina Grande area of Sorrento. Gozzo boats were popular with fishermen for the shallow waters catching of “white” fish. Since the 1970’s they have become an iconic symbol of Italian vacation vibes. Gozzos are still used to ferry movie stars around the island of Capri. Their goal is to enchant tourists and locals alike away from the mainstream sea rides and into alternative sea-loving, cultural-enriching and exciting Cha Cha rides.
