A La Carte
The beloved Steak Frites Nights at Carna just got better! No need to wait till Monday any more to indulge in a tender and juicy first-quality Butcher’s Cut steak served with flavourful chunky fries and grilled salad with honey truffle dressing, Steak Frites are now part of Carna’s A La Carte menu for your enjoyment, along with some other dishes like the mouth-watering Dario’s Kagoshima Ribeye, the delectable Carna Sausage, and the scrumptious USDA Prime Filet Mignon, amongst others.
As a renowned steakhouse, Carna will continue to pay tribute to its founding father, famed butcher, Dario Cecchini, by focusing on exceptional meat selection and Dario’s nose-to-tail approach to butchery; however, his philosophy now applies to the vegetarian recipes as well. Vegetarian options made from locally sourced produce that cut back on waste but not on flavour are now available in our Garden menu, and include the Roasted Beet Salad, the Truffle Cannoli, and the Grilled Vegetable Platter, among others, bringing you the greatest quality with a lesser environmental effect.
Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNAtion
Sunday Roast is still available every Sunday from 1pm, with rates starting at AED295 per person, representing Dario’s idea of family and friends enjoying meals while taking on a more British and traditional perspective on a familial Sunday lunch. The classic Sunday Roast includes starters like Prawn Cocktail Salad, Smoked Salmon, as well as Melon and Bresaola. The delicious mains include Beef Rump Roast, Francesina Pie and Grilled Mushroom Steak with marinated portobello, cherry tomato and garlic confit. As for the heavenly desserts, you may enjoy traditional Panettone Pudding, Trifle, Pineapple Cake, and Eton Mess. To keep your Reincarnation afternoon going, indulge at the drink stations in a variety of concoctions, fresh juices, and smoothies and dance to the live DJs.
Half Board Menu
Offering the very best of dishes, the curated half board menu, priced from AED180, allows diners to order preferred Carna classics and new favourites. The selection includes a choice of one appetizer featuring Dario’s Signature Steak Tartare and ‘Pate di Fegato’ Cannoli, amongst others; one main dish such as Bollito Risotto and Cauliflower Steak, as well as other various dishes; and of course, a choice of one dessert including Baked Alaska, Carna Choux, and many more.
