ISHA CONNECTED – A History in the making of art by the renowned artist and Bollywood art director Koushal Choudhary, where he represents Isha Farha Quraishy , Mrs. Universe Solidarity 2019, as the soul of all his art works.

Concept of “Isha Connected “was the result on his past two decades journey within him through art & meditation. Starting from “Soul The inner power”, So the man created God”, “Integrators”, ‘It is all about connections”, “We all are connected”, ‘seeking Divinity” to “Isha Connected”. Wherein he has connected spiritual enlightenment through his two decades of knowledge and journey of art. The seven chakras and the frequencies combined to form wonderful piece of art pieces. Each one has its unique identity as these art works are one of its kind and cannot be replicated or duplicated because of the artist master mind and creativity.

Koushal balance his professional work as an art director and his artistic explorations with painting and sculpture, as well as mixed media and other explorations. The main theme of Koushal’s solo exhibition was about ‘Isha’, the mother of this Universe is his understanding with the power which runs the entire show in this planet and beyond.
In Koushal Choudhary’s paintings the effect of dynamic surfaces, with dissolving and emerging forms, rhythmic patterns, and textural explorations tinged with bursts of colour is a powerful experience. Koushal’s abstract style allows the viewer to experience the artwork through the color combinations, brush strokes, and other gestural techniques.
Through “Isha Connected” Koushal Choudhary was exhibiting 30 amazing artworks, created in past 12 months to show on 30th March on the auspicious date “Isha Farha Quraishy” was born!
The curator was able to take the visitors through an exhilarating exhibition. A walk through the collection starts to unravel the artist’s vision. Moving forward in the main exhibition area, all large-scale paintings emerged guiding the viewer to the main collections. The colours speak for themselves, functioning as a sensitive medium mirroring moods and emotions – Koushal Choudhary employs varied devices to manipulate paint on the surface establishing rigid boundaries, and other times leaving a free flow of pigments. Adding and subtracting to the surface is part of his process; the elements begin with deft drawn lines and result sometimes in impasto layers of ‘Connections’.
The intense colours and textures, linear constructions and spatial formations establish varied layers and dimensions in these portrait paintings, with the beautiful ISHA – Mrs. Universe Solidarity. Each work that is created with this act, is filled with a sense of pulsating life, and articulated sentiments that connects to Universe.

The special dark room exhibits the sculptures and small-scale artworks, with a Neon Painting that are focal to the entire collection. Visitors witness a wonderful culmination of artist’s practice, his love for art. Koushal has beautifully narrated the interpretation of his most recent ‘Connections’ series, one can see ridges and folds of paint, enveloping natural phenomena, and the wider cosmos and otherworldly dimensions. His process is meditative, external layers of objects and forms are peeled away to reveal the inner energy, thus titled “ISHA CONNECTED”. The exhibition was open for visitors at no cost until 3rd April 2022.
