DUBAI, 22 January 2022 – Real Madrid legends Iker Casillas, Roberto Carlos and Alvaro Arbeloa will appear at Expo 2020 Dubai on 24 January as part of a special footballing event at Expo’s Sports, Fitness and Wellbeing Hub from 1700 GST.
The three former international stars will take part in a moderated Q&A session, which is expected to start at 1715 GST. Three-time UAE freestyle football champion Ammar Freez will entertain fans, while there will be lots of opportunities for visitors to win signed Real Madrid shirts and other fantastic prizes, as well as an Emirates cap and Expo Passport for everyone who attends the event.
Real Madrid, who are sponsored by Emirates, Official Airline Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, are the most successful club in European football history, with a record 13 UEFA Champions League/European Cup titles, and earlier this month won the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.
