DUBAI, 9 January 2022 – Jazz Modern, a quintet of young musicians, warmed a chilly Sunday evening at Expo 2020 with a ‘Breakout Session’ on the Jubilee Stage, entertaining with an eclectic mix of jazz and light jazz, infusing new life into old compositions with their versatility and fast-paced rhythms.
The audience was particularly impressed by individual solos on the electric guitar, bass, keyboard, trumpet and drums.
Jazz Modern, part of the larger Exposonix band that have performed regularly at Expo, stood out with its cool improvisations and new twists on evergreen jazz hits.
