DUBAI, 9 January, 2022 – Two stars who found their voices at a young age and pursued their dreams from childhood will take to the Jubilee Stage in the latest session of Jalsat Nights at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Dalia Mubarak, born and raised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, made her mark on the Gulf when her first song, “Turn the Table,” was released in 2014 and exceeded nine million views on YouTube. From imagining her career as a child, she now has several successful albums to her name.
Inspired by poets and stories that feel close to her, what distinguishes her work is its contemporary, youthful spirit, and this ensured Mubarak’s career is moving from strength to strength.
Dalia Mubarak said: “This is an important platform for artists because one of the most important things is communication with the world. The message that I would like to convey to the world from Expo 2020 Dubai is that the Arab region is full of talent, and that we are people who love life and art.”
Singer/Songwriter Fouad Abdel Wahed has had great success in the Gulf and Arab world with his unmistakable flair for Arab pop music, Yemeni music, Hadrami music, and Gulf music. Guests are in for a treat because he will perform his newest songs for the first time in front of a live audience at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Fouad Abdelwahad said: “Expo 2020 Dubai highlights each artist’s musical culture and musical culture, which is the definition of a larger segment of the Arab and international audience.
